The carpet production process includes the following steps: After the fibers are opened and mixed, they are carded to form a fiber web, and several layers of the web are overlapped according to the thickness of the carpet. Then the wool yarn dyeing, sutra, backing, sutra tracing, tying, flat blanket, slice cutting, blanket washing, drying and other processes are carried out. After the design is completed, the carpet pattern is enlarged according to the size of the carpet to make a blueprint, and the weaver weaves according to the blueprint.
